Welcome to BookedNG.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BookedNG platform, including its websites, applications, ticketing services, appointment services, reservation services, admission tools, vendor tools, organizer services, and related features.

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, booking an appointment, making a reservation, joining a waitlist, or otherwise using BookedNG, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the platform.

1. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

"BookedNG" means the BookedNG platform, its websites, software, applications, services, employees, contractors, affiliates, and authorized representatives.

"Service Provider" means any individual, business, association, institution, or entity that lists events, appointments, reservations, venues, experiences, or other services through BookedNG.

"Organizer" means a Service Provider that creates, promotes, manages, or operates an event listed through BookedNG.

"Vendor" means a Service Provider that offers appointments, reservations, venues, experiences, or other bookable services through BookedNG.

"Customer" means any person who buys, books, reserves, receives, transfers, holds, or uses a ticket, appointment, reservation, or other entitlement issued through BookedNG.

"Ticket Holder" means a person in possession of a valid ticket issued through BookedNG.

"Booking" means any event ticket, appointment, reservation, venue booking, experience booking, or other transaction supported by BookedNG.

BookedNG is a technology platform that provides:

Event discovery

Ticket sales

Appointment discovery

Appointment booking

Experience discovery

Experience booking

Reservation services

Booking services

Admission tools

Organizer management tools

Vendor management tools

Payment processing integrations

BookedNG is not:

The organizer or vendor

The promoter

The venue operator

The performer

The sponsor

The employer

The event producer

Events, appointments, reservations, venues, experiences, and other services are independently owned and operated by Service Providers unless BookedNG expressly states otherwise.

3. Eligibility

To use BookedNG, you must:

Be legally capable of entering binding agreements under applicable law.

Provide accurate information.

Comply with these Terms.

Comply with applicable laws.

You are responsible for ensuring that information provided to BookedNG remains accurate and current.

4. Account Registration

Certain services require account creation.

You agree to:

Provide accurate information.

Keep information updated.

Protect login credentials.

Protect authentication devices and codes.

Maintain account security.

You are responsible for activities occurring under your account.

You must promptly notify BookedNG of suspected unauthorized access.

5. Listing Information

Event, appointment, reservation, venue, experience, and service information is supplied by Service Providers.

Although BookedNG may review listings before publication, BookedNG does not independently verify every statement made by Service Providers.

BookedNG does not guarantee:

Event, appointment, reservation, or service quality

Event, appointment, reservation, or service success

Event, appointment, reservation, or service legality

Performer attendance

Venue suitability

Service outcomes

Accuracy of Service Provider representations

Users should independently evaluate listings before making purchasing or booking decisions.

6. Purchases and Bookings

Ticket purchases, appointment bookings, reservations, and other transactions are completed only after successful payment verification where payment is required.

Saved booking details, checkout-readiness summaries, and payment-preparation screens do not create a final booking entitlement until the platform confirms the required payment, policy, capacity, and provider checks.

Experience listings may include session capacity, participant details, safety information, provider media, booking questions, policy acknowledgements, and waiver previews where applicable.

BookedNG reserves the right to:

Reject transactions

Cancel incomplete transactions

Investigate suspicious transactions

Refuse purchases that violate platform rules

Tickets, bookings, reservations, and appointments remain subject to:

Event, appointment, reservation, or service rules

Venue rules

Service Provider policies

Applicable laws

7. QR Tickets and Admission

BookedNG may issue QR-based admission credentials.

The QR ticket issued through BookedNG constitutes the official admission credential for supported events.

Possession of a valid ticket does not guarantee admission.

Admission may be refused where necessary for:

Safety reasons

Security reasons

Capacity limits

Venue compliance

Misconduct

Violation of event rules

Service Providers retain authority over admission, appointment, reservation, or service access decisions where applicable.

8. Transfers, Rescheduling and Booking Changes

Where enabled by the Service Provider or BookedNG:

Tickets, bookings, appointments, or reservations may be transferred, rescheduled, or changed through approved platform processes.

Service Providers may disable transfers or changes.

BookedNG is not responsible for:

Informal ticket or booking sales

Unauthorized transfers

Fraudulent transfers

Transactions conducted outside approved platform processes

Users remain responsible for transfers they initiate.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations and reschedules are governed by:

Listing-specific refund and cancellation policies

The BookedNG Refund and Cancellation Policy

Applicable laws

Users should review listing-specific terms before purchase or booking.

Failure to attend an event, appointment, reservation, or service does not automatically qualify for a refund.

10. Payments

Payments may be processed through approved payment providers.

BookedNG does not store payment card details.

Users agree to comply with payment provider requirements.

Payment providers may impose additional terms and conditions.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

Engage in fraud

Use stolen payment instruments

Circumvent platform controls

Attempt unauthorized access

Interfere with platform operations

Distribute malware

Misrepresent identity

Abuse ticketing, appointment, reservation, or booking systems

Resell tickets, bookings, appointments, or reservations in violation of platform rules

Use automated abuse tools

BookedNG may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

12. Communications

Users agree that BookedNG may send:

Ticket confirmations

Purchase confirmations

Booking confirmations

Appointment reminders

Event reminders

Security notices

Operational notifications

Account-related communications

These communications are necessary for service delivery.

Marketing communications will only be sent where appropriate consent has been obtained.

Users may opt out of marketing communications where applicable.

13. Privacy

Use of BookedNG is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Account deletion and data retention requests are handled under the Account Deletion & Data Retention section of the Privacy Policy.

Users acknowledge that BookedNG may process information necessary to:

Operate the platform

Deliver tickets

Confirm bookings and appointments

Process reservations

Support users

Prevent fraud

Meet legal obligations

14. Intellectual Property

BookedNG and its associated:

Software

Branding

Logos

Trademarks

Content

Designs

Platform features

remain the property of BookedNG or its licensors.

Users may not:

Copy

Reproduce

Reverse engineer

Redistribute

Exploit

platform content except as permitted by law.

15. Suspension and Termination

BookedNG may suspend or terminate accounts where:

These Terms are violated

Fraud is suspected

Security concerns arise

Legal concerns arise

Platform abuse is detected

BookedNG may remove content, suspend transactions, restrict access, or terminate services as necessary to protect the platform and its users.

16. Third-Party Services

BookedNG may integrate with third-party services including:

Payment processors

Email providers

Messaging providers

Analytics providers

Infrastructure providers

BookedNG is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BookedNG disclaims warranties relating to:

Merchantability

Fitness for a particular purpose

Non-infringement

BookedNG does not guarantee uninterrupted platform operation.

18. Limitation of Liability

BookedNG is a technology platform only.

BookedNG is not responsible for:

Event quality

Event execution

Event cancellation decisions

Appointment or service quality

Appointment or service execution

Service Provider conduct

Performer attendance

Venue issues

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BookedNG shall not be liable for:

Travel expenses

Accommodation expenses

Lost profits

Lost opportunities

Indirect damages

Consequential damages

Special damages

Incidental damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BookedNG's liability shall not exceed amounts directly received by BookedNG in connection with the specific transaction giving rise to a claim.

19. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BookedNG, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims arising from:

User misconduct

Violation of these Terms

Fraudulent activity

Improper platform use

Breach of applicable laws

20. Relationship to Other Policies

These Terms should be read together with:

Where conflicts arise, applicable laws shall prevail.

21. Governing Law

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

BookedNG may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on the platform.

Continued use of BookedNG after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
