Event tickets
- Open an event and choose an available ticket type and quantity.
- Add buyer and attendee details requested by the organiser.
- Review the order, fees, coupon saving and event policies.
- For paid tickets, complete Paystack checkout. Free admission skips payment.
- After confirmation, use the secure ticket link or My Tickets to view the QR code and available PDF.
Gate staff validate tickets with BookedNG's protected scanner. A screenshot or ordinary camera scan is not an admission decision.
Appointments
- Choose a provider and service from Appointments.
- Select an available date and time.
- Complete the questions and contact information shown.
- Pay online when required, or follow the displayed confirmation rules for that service.
- Use My Appointments for confirmed details and available cancellation or rescheduling actions.
An unpaid request is not a confirmed appointment and does not reserve a time.
Experiences
- Choose a listing and an available session from Experiences.
- Select participant types and complete participant questions.
- Review the session, total and provider-specific terms.
- Complete checkout when payment is required.
- Use My Experiences to continue saved details or view confirmed bookings.
Saved booking details do not reserve capacity. The booking is secured only after all required availability, policy and payment checks pass.
Payment and confirmation
- Confirm the total on BookedNG before Paystack opens.
- Do not pay from a link that does not return to the BookedNG or Paystack domains shown in the checkout.
- If payment succeeds but confirmation is delayed, use Track a booking or contact support. Do not pay twice.
- Keep your booking reference, payment reference and the email address used at checkout.
Refunds, cancellations and problems
Eligibility depends on the vertical, booking state, timing and the applicable listing policy. Start from the booking in your customer area and read the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Support can investigate, but a booking reference alone does not grant access to personal information or protected actions.
